The tour to the desert will begin in the morning with a ride through the Hadjar Mountains, the Al Aqq Wadi and via Ibra and Al Qabil. The trip will give you the opportunity to travel through some of the most majestic sand dunes of Oman in the Wahiba Sands Desert in a 4x4 vehicle fit for the desert and with a local travel guide. You will be able to ride a camel with the bedouin after taking a bath in the beautiful oasis of Wadi Bani khalid
After stopping at the cities, the tour will go on to the Bani Khalid Wadi where you can enjoy a stroll along the riverbed and cool off in the crystal-clear pools in the mountains. The Bani Khaled Wadi is one of the largest natural water pools in Oman.
After the tour will continue to visit the dunes in Bediyah and on to the Wahiba Sands Desert to interact with the local Bedouin community, take camel rides and have a look at the amazing traditional handicrafts.
After the tour will return to Muscat and drop you off at either your hotel or the harbor.

Comfortable light clothing - walking shoes suitable for most of the year, sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months, especially in the evenings. Good quality Sunglasses are advised, Hats and some protection for the head are advisable when in direct sunlight, Oman has conservative dress traditions, Swimwear must be confined to the beach and hotel pools, Men and women should ensure shoulders and knees are covered when in public, especially in with the local community please wear respectfully clothes.
